Pahlisch Homes

Pahlisch Homes is a custom home builder and a long-time Portland client. When their corporate office decided to move into a new space in Bend, they called OIC. Their goal was to blend privacy with an open desking solution for their accounting department. OIC proposed incorporating frameless glass, resulting in an open feel while maintaining privacy at the same time.

Most areas are divided into work groups, lending an airy quality to the layout. The choice of colors and finishes emphasizes the openness and takes advantage of the natural light provided by sunny Bend. OIC recommended Friant Interra, which met the client’s needs and came in under budget — freeing up funds for other areas such as the lobby, break rooms, and conference rooms.
