oicfurniture.com is best experienced with the latest version of a major web browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. The site is built with semantic HTML and is designed to be compatible with common assistive technologies, including screen readers (such as JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver), speech recognition software, and alternative input devices. Older browsers may not display the site optimally.
Our Efforts
As we continue building out this site, we work to follow accessibility best practices, including:
- Semantic HTML structure to support screen readers and other assistive technologies
- Sufficient color contrast throughout our design system
- Descriptive alt text on images
- Keyboard-navigable interactive elements
- Labeled form fields and clear error messaging
We review new pages and components against WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines as we build them, and periodically test the site with tools such as the NVDA screen reader.
