We're hiring
Account Executive
We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to grow OIC's client base locally and nationally. You will be the first point of contact for new clients and the ongoing relationship owner for the accounts you develop.
What you'll do
- Prospect and develop new business relationships with corporate, healthcare, government, and education clients across Oregon and Washington
- Present OIC's full range of services — from design consultation through installation — to key decision makers
- Collaborate with our design and project management teams to scope and deliver proposals
- Manage a pipeline of active opportunities and maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Represent OIC at industry events, trade shows, and client entertainment
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining OIC's standards for client experience
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in commercial furniture, interiors, architecture, construction, or a related field
- Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Strong presentation and communication skills — you're comfortable in a boardroom and on a job site
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time and pipeline
- Familiarity with the Pacific Northwest business community is a plus
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
